Product Care Information

These are environmentally friendly products when it comes to cleaning.

Care for your product could not be simpler! You will need two things:

  • A damp, not wet, common kitchen sponge
  • Water

All resin finished pieces are sensitive to common chemical ingredients of cleaning products such as ammonia and acetone and we discourage their use. Instead we suggest a damp kitchen sponge to wipe away dust and fingerprints. If you wring the sponge out in a tea/hand towel first or allow it to dry out for a while before use then you will avoid water marks/streaks being left on the resin finishK

When cleaning mirrors the instructions above apply for the mirror frame and we suggest that if you want to use a mirror cleaner, apply it directly to a cloth rather than the mirror to avoid any overspray.

Canvases are finished with a gloss varnish and may be safely wiped over with a damp cloth.

Payment options

We are set up to accept credit card. You can provide your credit card details by using the form provided (email) or Australian residents can request a phone appointment to give us details directly over the phone if you prefer (a $2 charge applies for this service).

Postage and packaging

All items will be sent via Australia Post using their registered mail system including all international orders. International freight will travel 2nd class air (7-10 days) unless otherwise requested. Australia post automatically insures items up to a value of $100 in case of loss or damage. For items valued higher than $100 a small charge applies to insure the item. Larger items may incur a packaging fee to cover the cost of materials used to ensure the safe arrival of your piece/s. This is especially true for larger mirrors. We will take every precaution to ensure that your order gets to you in the same condition that it leaves the studio.

Refunds and returns

Our refund policy is as law requires it to be and applies if an item:

  • is faulty;
  • is not as it was described or does not match the sample shown.

The law does not require a trader to refund if a customer changes their mind or makes an incorrect choice, selects the incorrect size or finds the product cheaper else where.

We always request the opportunity to remake or repair any item/s which a customer finds unsuitable or is unhappy with. We will happily exchange items or issue credit notes for goods that do not fall into the approved refund categories.

In the end we are reasonable people who want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase; we are always available to discuss these issues.

Quoting

We encourage custom work and a part of this process is quoting. The more detail that you can provide us with the easier quoting is. Providing details such as the dimensions of the piece, colours, basic shape and where necessary attached drawings or illustrations to work from are essential information when quoting.
